Bewell Wooden Watch W086B Lightweight Analog Quartz Handmade Wood Wrist Watch

Got a little tipsy at a company Christmas party and was drooling over a coworkers watch. Sooooo...I did what any half drunk white girl does when she actually has spending money. Opened my Amazon app, found a similar watch, and bought it. A week later it showed up and now it rarely leaves my wrist. Just wish it was water proof. Surprisingly an attention grabber too.So. To all you half drunk, possibly lonely girls. Buy this watch. Wear it to a bar (on your drinking hand of course). Boom. You have an ice breaker subject.Only downside is the inserts to resize the watch are a pain in the butt to take out/put back in. Spent an hour cussing it. BUT. Once ya get it. Its perfect :)

This is a very sharp-looking watch, made of zebra wood. I barely know I have it on. Like others who have reviewed this watch, I too found it was a bit large for my wrist. I needed to remove one link. The company provides a small tool to accomplish this seemingly easy task. It is surely an appropriate gesture because the watch is not a "one size fits all." But the tool was impossible to use. For eight dollars my local jeweler took out a link. It took her about five minutes to do. She used the word, "ridiculous," to describe the tool provided by the company. All told, however, providing any tool is a sign of a company which want to please its customers. So for slightly under $40 (including the jeweler's fee, I have a new watch whose appearance I like a lot!!

1. As a heads-up, watch comes very large. I have big wrists and we still needed to remove 3 links.2. Was almost impossible to remove the pins for the links- had to take it to a watch shop and it still took a professional like 10 minutes to get the pin out.3. 1 of the links came cracked but we just replaced it with one of the extras.4. Looks good, but the black hands on the dark brown background can be slightly hard to read (they have a small white strip to aid this, but it's still difficult).5. Good watch for people with metal allergies.6. About 3-4 months after getting it I noticed it would stop randomly. Once you adjusted the time back to normal with the crown it would start up again (at least until the next time it stops). At the beginning it was every couple of days, now it won't go more than an hour or so without stopping. Waiting to see if Bewell can do anything about a warranty on the watch.Update: tried to contact Bewell for warranty help with no luck or response. Lowering to one star due to poor quality and lack of support

I love this watch! As a wood aficionado, the zebrawood is beautiful. The watch part of it works great. The band is perfect for guys with larger wrists like mine, and it comes with a tool to remove links if necessary, although I have not tried that. It seems very durable but is very light, so it doesn't feel like you're wearing a weight on your wrist. Would definitely buy again.

This watch is a present for my husband whose hobby it wood carving. It is much nicer looking than the picture and is keeping the time perfectly.

Poor quality. Beautiful wood, but coming from a woodworker, the wood was not sanded or finished properly. More importantly, the pins used to adjust the size of the band would not stay in and kept falling out. This made the watch useless as it randomly "fell apart". I ordered a replacement and the second one did exactly the same thing. Returned for a refund.

What a nice and unique watch at an unbelievable price. I don't see how they can sell it for this price. I hope it lasts a long time because I really enjoy wearing it, and the compliments I have already gotten.

It comes 1 link to big for my wrist but includes a tool to remove the link which is impossible to do as is. So i purchased a watch link removal kit. I got the links out but they are even harder to replace! Its so hard to do i ended up chipping the link i needed to keep in the watch thus making the entire purchase a waste of money...DO NOT BUY unless you have rather large wrist and usually are able to wear a watch without alteration....a total waste!!!

These watches are really good, someone at work noticed it and said you can tell who's on good money lol.
