Barbie Endless Curls Doll

I was very skeptical about purchasing this doll for my granddaughter, but it was what she specifically told me to get her for her birthday. She has been delighted with this Barbie, and I have been impressed. The hair really does curl. The curls may not last forever, but they do last long enough to create some crazy hair styles.

My daughter really likes this barbie. It is pretty with a dress that isn't too revealing. Her only disappointmentioned with this is the hair doesn't truly straighten right away when brushed bUT will later.

The curls hold the best when you use the rollers, not the curling irons. I was hesitant to purchase this after reading so many negative reviews, but figured my daughter would enjoy playing with the doll anyway. The posts that say the curls droop immediately with the curling irons are spot on. I'm not sure why the rollers work better, but they seem to. The curls aren't tight, but we didn't leave the rollers in long (less than a minute - you know how kids don't want to wait, LOL), and they've held as pretty waves for about an hour so far. (We didn't brush them out after removing the rollers.) As suspected, my daughter loves the doll, no matter what.

This doll is a must. I recently purchased her for fun, and turns out her hair curls really well! It stays in place, and is very soft and silky. Basically you can style her hair however you want... highly recommend this doll to anyone! A great update to Quick Curl Barbie.

I bought this for Christmas for my granddaughter, but I like what I see & I'm sure she will too. This Barbie was highly rated in Good Housekeeping - she is very pretty & I'm sure my granddaughter will love playing with her hair!

Fun doll but the hair doesn't completely straighten and the curls don't last at all...by the time I finished curling for my four year old the curls I started with were gone. At least she is four and doesn't really realize but it's disappointing.

This set comes with 2 curling irons, a brush, 4 rollers, 2 hairbows, 2 rubber bands, and a barbie.The curling irons feel very flimsy and feels as if they would break easily.I have tried to curl the hair wet and dry and it barely cyrls and the curls look more like a deep wave. Ill curl a piece of hair and that piece would completely fall by the time I curled the next piece of hair. My kids just have fun pretending to fix her hair!Her arms move up and down and legs move up and down and out to the side some. Her head moves up and down and side to side.Her outfit is really cute and my kids love dressing her up!

Wow this is a sad day, giving Barbie a 1-star review. I thought this looked like the coolest doll ever for my niece, and since I always loved styling my Barbie dolls' hair, this promised to be hours of fun. Sadly, the no heat curling irons did not produce a lasting curl. You can literally see the curl evaporating and returning to straight hair. I think the texture of the doll's hair must not be what they planned to take the curl. Super sad and depressing to watch Barbie have a bad hair day, and you participated in it. Shame on you, Mattel. This one should not have made it out of the testing lab.
