So far these have been very calming & relaxing. Haven’t had any problems with restless leg. I usually take Doctors Best magnesium but the pills are so large and hard to get down. I don’t like drinking that much water at night. So I opted for chewable. Taste is fine. I take two like recommended.

I like the fact that they are individually wrapped so I can just grab a couple in the morning then eat them on the commute. They taste good and don’t have any aftertaste.

I’m not sure if these help with getting tired, but they taste really good, so I like them. The only reason I’m not going to stick with these is the sugar content. They’re too sugary. But if you want a kid to take magnesium, these should do the trick.

These taste so good!!!! My 6 year old says they’re like starburst and I totally agree! In the picture there are these and also “clarity kids super calm wildberry” magnesium tablets and sadly the tablets taste horrible! I cannot stand eating them and my kids can’t either, but THESE ones, delicious!!I’ve totally seen a change in my 6 year old’s behavior as well after taking them for one day. He is much calmer, not at all zombie like, but he is finding it easier to joke and be more relaxed and less touchy. I give him one a day usually in the morning. I give my 4 year old boy half a chew, and I eat the other half usually because it is yummy. I’ve noticed improved sleep with him! Usually he wakes up 3-4 times a night asking for water or saying he had a bad dream or asking to be re-tucked in. Now he is sleeping through the night🤯 its wild.There is a little bit of sugar but to me its so minimal and very much worth it! Buy them now!!!!!! And thank you to the makers!

I would usually give a five star because this helps me sleep and relax my muscles. I have a laborious job so this is a plus! I have this on autoship and I just recieved my new order and they sent me old bags. They taste old not too happy had to reorder hopefully they do not send me more old stock.

I bought these to pack for a trip to Italy in the hopes they would help keep me regular and maybe help me sleep. They worked like a charm! I’m so grateful I came across them. Highly recommend.
