Web style belt with plastic buckle. Very stiff when new but slowly loosens up with wear. I use while exercising, walking/jogging and the belt keeps my pants and gear secure and stable.

Solid belt. Nice webbing. The 32-34 (I'm a 34) didn't leave anything to hang on to when putting the webbing through the strap so that one would fit a 30 or 28 waist. Returned it. Not sure why the longer belts are cheaper? I bought the biggest one which was the cheapest and will just cut it.
