Battery is much better compared to my 5yr old original battery.The tools in the kit were way too thick to pry up the screen.The kit does not include the turquoise triangle.. only the dark blue one.

Battery works fine.I didn't end up using the kit as I had my own tools. And I'd probably use plastic tools if you're replacing a damaged battery like I was to prevent a short. However, that metal tool that comes with it is pretty nifty and I'll be keeping that for my toolkit.

Welp this kit did not do the job...maybe I need to take some of the blame, because ultimately, I cracked the glass on my phone! I was following all the instructions, and I was being careful but it just happened anyway. I think the kit is lacking though, and it certainly did not arm me with the right tools... the metal wedge scraper tool is not thin enough and do not do its job, also it's terrible to try and grip because there's no handle. The plastic "picks" wedges also just got shredded upon use. I never even got to use the new battery so I cant comment on that. There are other kits out there with 'wedgier' metal cards that might do the trick getting the screen popped off better over this one. I don't know if I can return this or not, but I might have to try.

Google Pixel 2 XL was a pain to remove the old battery but it works like oem. Make sure you follow the recommended charge cycles when new for longer life

No instructions included. Tells you to go search youtube for how to do it, doesn't even give you a link to a specific video. I ended up paying a tech $60 to install. Battery life is basically the same as the 2 year old original battery it replaced, doesn't even get me through the day. Not worth the hassle, I would try another battery or just upgrade the phone rather than waste the money and effort on this one.

Brought to a store to have installed and they confirmed the battery news no good.

Don't know how the battery will work - it's been installed only today, but the kit is very nice.Magnetic screwdriver is a nice touch! Was so easy to handle those tiny screws.

Works well for a replacement battery for the Pixel 2XL.
