Pretty good. I use this to help me sleep. I have a preferred brand, but the price doubled recently and I dont want to reward that. But that one is still the best for me, so I may have to shell out the money anyway. But in mean time I will use this up. As with any magnesium, unless it expressly states what the elemental magnesium (non chelated) amount is, you can figure that it has about 1/10 of what is listed. While some magnesium chelates absorb better than others, and some have different functions than others, it really comes down to what works for you. Try different styles, brands. If you are new to mag supplementation, start low and slow. I use it at night as it makes me a sleepy. Some more than others. I'd consider this brand again if I cant find (or afford) my preferred brand.

Product is great and has 5 years till expiration. One issue was that I didn’t read the ingredients properly and it turns out this is more for digestive support than it is for any type of deficiency. It will help in the long run I guess but 2 days of taking this and I’m glued to my toilet hoping I don’t take off. 10/10 as a laxative 5/10 as a supplement
