Did Not Work!
Aside from being easy to use, stealing it on. Cheap quality. Did not work. Just use Velcro. Not a fit for smaller breeds. Noise, yes! Kept the roo still crowing! Not worth the money.

It dosent work ! 2 of my roster died! I just found them with no life after 3 days!

It reduced the sound. At least now my neighbor can sleep.
My baby was waking up at night crying, this woke up my roo. My roo would crow and wake up my neighbor. I live in a small town. I'm not the only one with a roo. But mine is the one waking up the neighbor at night. The colour helped a little. It's probably not on right. But the neighbor doesn't complain anymore.Product update. Found out the neighbors stopped complaining because they started complaining to the town. I'm not dropping the stars down to much because it's probably a user error. The product didn't get the noise down enough and is not easy to use because getting it to fit tight enough in the right spot to reduce noise is not easy. The build quality is stiff and harsh on the rooster, It dug into his neck. I'm sure someone who knows how to work one probably can get better results.

Potentially Dangerous
Please be careful with these if your rooster starts freaking out when putting it on. We put it on loosely ( 2 fingers fit inbetween his neck and the collar, so he would adjust slowly to it) and left for about 20 minutes. When we came back, he had freaked out so badly it tightened the collar more and suffocated him.

Material not strong enough to work on my roosters.
The roosters managed to break it while the product was installed around their necks. Works for the 1st day until the roosters were able to figure it out. Checked the other two, and they were also hanging by the tread.

I live in Philadelphia own 9 chickens 1 roosterSo I bought this collar the rating is low, it’s not easy to get it that rite way on the rooster but once you do your rooster will never hear your rooster crow ever again, I gave one to my friend and his rooster didn’t stop crowing all the way like mines did stop, good luck

IT WORKED! Read below for what to really expect
I live in a "No Rooster" part of town. I bought 11 female baby chicks and 2 weeks ago one started to crow. Evidently "sexing" is an art not a science. This collar got mixed reviews but I bought it anyway. First day we put it on tight enough to fit a pinky between the collar and his neck. His crow was a tad raspy but still loud. We tightened it just a little this morning and now he crows and it's like he's whispering. You can hear it from maybe 15 ft away but I doubt it will wake anyone up in the mornings. I will say it's cheap and the edge is a bit sharp. If it chafes him I will put some fleece on it. I'll update this if things change but for now it's kept our "Big Bird" out of the frying pan!!!!

What did I expect.
I bought some chicks, and one of them became a rooster. Before giving him the old off with his head and into the grill, I decided I'd give him a chance. I bought this collar thinking I'd give him every opportunity. Very easy to put on and material was decent. Can't really complain about the product other than it DOES not stop the roo from crowing. I put it on a little bit tighter, different spots other neck but he continued to cock-a-doodle-do. I ended up trading him for 15lbs of avocados. So this product does not work. I would say every rooster collar does not work.
