Good 720p tv..
Picture and color quality is very nice (black level is little low) , specially loved the ai features and ai sound is great, too much clear vocal and loudness.Build quality is ok, overall the tv is value for money my only cons is 720p resolution if it was 1080p then it would be awesome.

Mixed reviews weighing Pros and Cons
"I recently purchased this TV and have mixed feelings about its performance. On the positive side, the sound quality is impressive, especially when the sides are closed. The TV also boasts numerous features, including seamless internet connectivity and exceptional video clarity.However, I found the learning curve to be quite steep. Despite watching YouTube tutorials, I struggled to fully understand the TV's functions. The remote control, while functional, can be finicky, requiring careful button presses to avoid navigating back to the beginning.One feature that left me perplexed was the USB function. Despite inserting the USB drive, I couldn't get it to work. Hopefully, future updates or improved documentation will address these issues.Overall, while this TV has its quirks, its strengths make it a worthwhile investment. With some refinement, it could truly excel."

Slow WI-FI and no VLC
1.This TV uses slow Wi-Fi. Your wifi router may support 5Ghz band. However this TV can only use the lower frequency band 2.4 Ghz band. So your screen mirroring/casting from your Phone to the TV will stutter.2. This TV supports a USB port and you can stick a thumb drive with various media files. But, beware that the TV's media player which plays the media file is very limited. Most of the time it cannot play the files because of unsupported audio and video codec formats. It does not have VLC player in the app store. So you are stuck. Even otherwise the default media player is very lame. Does not remember the last played video etc., Wish LG supported VLC player out of the box.

Good option if your only requirement is picture quality.
Picture quality is good. Not compared side by side with mi 32" tv but I am satisfied with the picture quality. In YouTube it plays 1080p hdr videos with ease. By default the picture mode is not great but I set it in cinema mode and low brightness by 10, then it gets good according to my lighting conditions. Brightness is good. Sound is average ( set it on clear voice for clear dialogue otherwise in music mode). Web os is resposive but the remote they gave is very awful (no voice search). But you can connect the tv through lg thinq app. From there you can search by voice and it works good but it doesn't work for in app voice search. And lastly it is the ideal tv for older people cause it is very easy to operate.
