This thing is so annoying.... but that is the point right? I was missing my meds daily and got into a horrible cycle of skipping or taking too late causing me brain zaps, heart palpitations, migraines (If you have ever taken Effexor you know the struggle). My adhd medication would help with that..... if I could remember to take it lol. With this thing it beeps (relatively quietly but constantly) until you push the dang button and take the pills. So yes it works 10/10. It will annoy the heck out of you until you take it!

Several reviewers mentioned this alarm being really loud and obnoxious, which is exactly what I want in an alarm. I bought this for my mother (she's 73 years old) because she takes 1 of her medications at specific times throughout the day and night. What I like about it is the brightly colored compartments that are clearly labeled. The compartments are easy for Mom to open, despite her arthritic hands. It's small enough to fit in her purse if she's away from home when she's due for her medication. However, the alarm is barely audible. She said if she's standing right next to it she can barely hear it. So we had to set alarms on her phone, which is fine, but defeats the purpose of the attached alarm.

This pillbox is wonderful. I bought it for my 94-year-old mother. I remind her that she needs to take her medicine. She knows she should keep her medicine pillbox "somewhere safe," but she can't recall where she put it. The pillbox has an alarm that can be set for a certain time. Mom find the pillbox since the alarm is loud enough to pinpoint it's location. It is fantastic!

Works great. I set two alarms to make sure I actually take my pills. Haven't forgotten to take them since I got it. Easy to use.

Love that this weekly pill box has a daily reminder so you'll never forgot to take your medicine again. Hold all my daily medications and vitamins.

Size was perfect but can’t get the alarm to work. Directions are not clear. We think we heard an alarm once but can’t be sure so basically worthless.
