In the product information they list a 5 year guarantee which promises a fast response time within 24 hours and further, if not fully satisfied, they will provide a full refund or replacement. I found this company, Zulay, just as responsive as promised, and they had me a replacement bottle shipped very quickly. Credit given where credit due, probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. The new water bottle they sent works fine, good product.

These bottles are awesome. Easy to keep up with amount of water taken in during the day, durable, and easy to clean. My son loves it and we have cut down on water bottles everywhere.

The media could not be loaded. I honestly love the look to it, I was in between of getting black and the color grey. It is a good size for sure. I do love the fact that it comes with a 5 year warranty as it says on the packaging.
