Dosn't work
I bought this obviously because like many i snore, i lost my last mouth guard, which for my wife and her sleep quality isn't good!. It was set in a way that kept my bottom jaw collapsing back when i slept, stopping me snoring and worked a treat, very happy wife!I think thats this one's problem, its not set like that, so my jaw collapsed back, i will say it's a lot more comfortable than my last one, but thats pointless when it dosn't do its job.Lastly, the customer service was good, ,they got intouch not long after i bought it see how i was getting om with it, told them my issues, they sent me a link to watch on how to set it properly, i watched it didnexactly what it said ( same as i did the first time), but made no difference.

Both my husband and I are very happy!!
I picked up an article on a snoring mouthpiece recently and handed it to my partner, who is an outrageous snorer on the best of nights. He has one or two seemingly near death choking experiences every night. The article recommended trying a device like this. We went ahead and ordered TheSleepGuard and WOW, problem SOLVED, after years of losing sleep and being on the verge of a break up or sleeping in a separate room - I have peace and quiet. He says it is a bit uncomfortable and takes some getting used to. The first few nights resulted in lots of saliva and a little jaw pain but he is happy it's working. The device is quite simple to its benefit and holds his lower jaw in a more natural position which seems to do the trick. I’ve now bought a spare for when he needs a replacement. Really recommend giving it a try!

Its Either for you or its not
I decided to try this as the logic is sound for what it does and I was convinced that the solution offered was what I needed and even after using it, I still think it could be correct. The practicality of using it though is a very different story.I followed all of the instructions for moulding it for best fit etc and that part was fine, fits comfortably. Trying to sleep with it in is another story. It becomes uncomfortable and restrictive for breathing and swallowing and causes cramps in the jaw muscles after an extended time. Added to that the side effect of not being able to swallow properly means you have a constant pool of saliva leaking out of the sides and front.I am certain that the logic of how it works is still sound but you can either deal with the practicalities of wearing it or not.Still, you don’t know unless you try!

Reduced snoring at a cost
This did seem to reduce my snoring although not eradicate it completely. Very uncomfortable to wear and difficult to breathe with it in. Caused a lot of pain to my teeth and some bleeding. Probably wouldn’t recommend to be honest

Works ok
Works ok am only giving 4 stars as there is a learning curve and they do take some getting use to, also find they do tend to make you dry during the night

Didn't work and probably damaged teeth.
I used this for a month or two at the end of 2020. It didn't reduce my snoring and was quite uncomfortable.Whilst using it I could feel my teeth were being moved and so I decided to stop putting it in.By March 2021 I had a serious problem with my teeth on one side which was down to a cracked molar and an infected wisdom tooth. The wisdom tooth had to be removed by an oral surgeon and the cracked molar broke badly 6 months later, again needing to be removed as it couldn't be crowned.I can't say 100% this device was responsible, but I hadn't needed any dentistry for over 10 years before I used it.

It works!!!!!
I bought this as i snore really bad!!! (So my husband tells me) it was getting so bad, he was sleeping downstairs on sofa!! I tried nose clips that were rubbish and came across the sleep guard and the reviews were very good. As it was reasonably priced thought i would give it a go. Instructions are on box and easy to mould. First night i wore it felt a bit strange and felt like i had a good sleep and husband said I wasn’t snoring but breathing sounded a bit louder but the main object was I WASNT SNORING!!!!! I did have to rub some bonjela on my gum after second night but my gum is fine now and its very comfortable now. I do put a bit of lip balm on my lips before i go do bed as they can feel a bit dry. Been wearing a few days now and can honestly say this has helped!! No snoring (or very quiet than what i was) and i feel like I’m sleeping better as i use to wake up with huge bags under my eyes. It will probably last about a year, but defo money well spent, my only gripe is…. Wish i bought this sooner. Thanks again

Does not work snored like a cannon still
This product does not work. Waste of time and money. Look at my snore result app if any thing I snored more not less, as I suspected this is not designed to help my tongue or mouth position , the vibrations from snoring main cause is from throat uvula or tongue position. Don't waste your money. Mine doubled has a gum shield for when my girlfriend beat the hell out of me for snoring last nite
