Great way to stay cool. Comfortable and effective.

Item comes with no instructions in English (that would have been helpful to know before ordering it) It was placed in the freezer. It froze solid. It did not ever cease being solid and does not cool. BUYER BEWARE. I am completely displeased with this product in every way.

This does not work at all

The neckband looked rather flimsy with liquid gel inside it, but I placed it in the freezer. I spent about 10 minutes with other matters, and went to check online to see how long to wait. I found nothing, so I went to the freezer and the neckband was frozen solid! I'm wearing it now and it does have a cooling effect, but after 5 minutes, I can see it is starting to melt in places. I am mostly satisfied with this purchase, because I only intend to use it at home, indoors, during the worst of summer's heat; my only concern is how resilient the device will be over time.

It is easy to wear but the coolness only lasts about 30 minutes. So if you only needed something for that length of time it would be great, but not for longer periods of time.

This item works as advertised. It cools well, but only for about 30 minutes. Then it needs to be refrozen. Good quality materials.

this product was in the freezer 2 days, so completely froze. it lasted no more than 5 mins and it was completely warmed up. complete and utter waste of money. at this point it feels like there could be a lawsuit for fraudulent advertising.

This thing didn’t function as promised. It wasn’t cool enough and it didn’t last cold more than 15-20 minutes even after I took it out from the refrigerator. I was disappointed.
