I was given a broken Vissani beverage fridge. model MCBC58DST, that was not cooling. The temp display was working and I could hear a fan running. After taking off the back panel and plugging it back in, after a few minutes, the compressor was cold. Some fix-it videos suggested replacing the relay, which is attached to the compressor. After I took pictures of how it was wired in, I unplugged it from the unit, and I could hear rattling inside of it. This part matched the number of that relay and it looked like it in every way looking at all the photos. It arrived quickly and it took less than 10 minutes to install, cover it, and put the back panel back on. I set it at 56 degrees and went out for the evening. When I returned, the fridge was at 56 degrees. This part worked PERFECTLY. Now, a week later, it's still going strong.

Fixed my Magic Chef Freezer HMCF7W2 (2016) with the 2 piece relay starter and overload. connected overload to top pin directly and new relay to the 2 bottom pins with the wire connected to the same outer top connector.

Product came on time.

After 4 years of trying to find someone to fix our wine cooler with no luck and not wanting to spend $600.00 on a new one, we tried this small inexpensive fix and it worked out great!!Our wine cooler is up and running perfectly.

1: Unplug Bev fridge from power2: remove back panel 6-8 screws typically3: remove black cover from side of compressor4: carefully pry off and disconnect old part that looks like this part and shake it.5: If it sounds like there's a marble in there, buy this part!6: Installation is reverse of removal!!Was pricing new bev fridges after ours quit. Comparable units were in the $600-800 range with limited availability. Finally took the time to Google for a fix and found several videos that showed this process on different style fridges. One thing they had in common both big and small, THIS part! Well worth trying it for $10 rather than just buying new blindly.I'm tempted to go looking for cast off bev fridges on the side of the road and seeing if they're repairable and resellable... $100 a pop seems fair, right?should be 20 stars for value rating.
