Professional grade, CPS, so you get what you pay for. Can just get a mechanical equivalent, but these days everything is going electronic; and this is a sweet tool for both flared (gas/liquid) and compression (water) fittings, if you don't want to just guess your torque. One downside is of course this tool takes more care, having an LCD screen, etc., so don't give to your apprentice to beat up.

This tool saved the day and showed the boss his minisplit installer either sucks at guessing or is weak... either way watching the number climb while you getting things to torque and hearing the beep made my day.

Great torque wrench
This is a great torque wrench. It is well made and seems to be very accurate. It is easy to use and has the exact settings I need. It is a great value. I am blown away. Perfect for AC line sets.
