Does the seat move around?

Yes - even when it is upright it just wobbles around - then when you sit on it that wobbling is very unnerving. Its not fit for purpose so I am sending mine back. Cheap rubbish - spend a little more and get a better quality seat.

is the loo seat easy to fit especially for someone with RSI

I have limited movement and found it very easy to fit, tip; do not over tighten and read the instructions at least three times as it comes with two fittings, you can only use one. Cleaning afterwards is so easy it unclips
