Does not hold warmth well. But it is easy to clean, and leak proof! and looks great!

Be forewarned - this does not come with a lid, no matter what the description says. To top it off, when I called the number associated with the purchase, which is S'well, they told me I had to complete a survey first. The survey asks multiple questions, requires photos, etc. Seriously? You charge me $30 for a cup with no lid, and now I have to bend over backwards? No thanks. I do love the S'well bottles, but this shows me they have zero interest in taking care of their customers. It'll be the last S'well bottle I'll ever buy, as there's too much competition out there to justify crappy service.

I absolutely love the S'well Stainless Steel Tumbler with Clear Slide-Open Lid-18 Fl Oz. Yes, they are pricey, but if you are wanting a tumbler that will keep your drink hot or cold for extended periods of time, it is worth it. You really do get what you pay for at times.I really like the looks of this tumbler. It has a sleek, modern feel to it. It has the logo on the front, but it is muted and isn’t glaringly obvious.They claim it will keep things cold for 12 hours, but it’s performed much better than that for me. I’ve still had some ice in it almost 24 hours later. I haven’t really used it for hot for any extended period of time yet. They also claim no sweating and that has been my experience so far. I haven’t seen one drop of condensation.The cup is easy to fill with ice and drink with the wide top. The narrow base makes it fit well in cup holders. I have knocked it over a couple of times and it didn’t leak. The slider was closed at the time, thankfully.It is recommended to hand wash, which is what I’ve been doing. It cleans easily with warm, soapy water. I wouldn’t want to put it in the dishwasher because of possibly spotting the stainless steel and messing up the gasket in the lid.I saw there were several reviews stating no lid came with their tumbler, but I got a lid (Dec. 2020). I don’t know if that is something the company changed or what, but I had one.The tumbler and lid are a very good quality. They are sturdy and durable. It looks great and performs the best of all the tumblers I have. I am very pleased with the product and cant’ think of one thing I don’t like about it. May be the price, but I do feel like I’ve gotten a product worth the price.

This mug is amazing - it keeps drinks piping hot for four hours. The texture is lovely to hold, and I love the hole in the accompanying lid which is the perfect size. Fabulous.

Was hesitated to buy this one or the Corkcicle and glad I chose this one. Better build than Corkcicle IMO.
