I liked my system and first set so much that I ordered a replacement set to ensure I would always have plenty in stock at home to wash and dry. I was disappointed with my latest shipment, however, because one of the microfiber heads had defective velcro fastening. When I tried to contact Amazon about returning or replacing it, I found out the item is not eligible for returns or replacement. There’s $7 down the drain. Otherwise, the three others I have are durable and easy to use. Just disappointed with my inability to report one defective head.

These work wonderfully and wash up nicely in the washing machine. I appreciate being able to reuse instead of adding to the landfill. They clean better than disposable, too.

Easy to wash I wash it in cold water dirt comes out better than hit it picks up lint cat here it's really good at mops well microfiber you can't beat that

I bought the mop and needed extra pads, very well made , easy to clean I just add them into the laundry and they look brand new again.

Works great! Easy cleaning and saves money on refills. Swiffer refills to expensive for disposable. Just wash and rinse.

I bought these because they don’t sell the replacement heads in the store near the mops that use these. Weird. The fit my Icelli mop perfectly.
