Don't buy. I got it for an elderly friend. As a nurse, in my opinion it is brutal.

listen it tastes like garbage it doesn’t mix very well with water and i had to try super hard not to throw up BUT it is very good at making u spend at least an hour on the toilet so if that’s your kind of thing then sure go for it
