Really sharp looking at a tremendous value. Was a little unsure of these, given the price point but with Free Returns felt it was no risk. These are heavy, & well constructed (not cheap lightweight metal and plastic). Finish is a true matte, as described. These were a snap to install (removing the old faucets were the real pain). TBD determines how they hold up, but given the packaging, components and ease of install - I’m not particularly worried.

Full disclosure I did not install this myself, however the plumber said it was incredibly easy, he was pleasantly surprised given the style of faucet. The matte black finish looks nice and it the faucet has a good weight to it. My only complaint and the only thing that gives it away as a “cheap” faucet is that the hot and cold indicators don’t align (see picture). I’m kind of picky so that bugs me a bit, but considering the price of the faucet compared to similar name brands I’d say it’s completely worth it.

The drain cap is silver the black was gone with in a week. The rest of the faucet has remained black. If you do not turn the nob completely and tight. it will drip, it has been installed for 2 years and I am still happy with it

I was looking for something old school and found this for a fraction of the cost compared to Lowes or Home Depot! Everything was packaged perfectly and installation was self explanatory. HOWEVER... I wish it would have come with a couple of reducer washers to make it just a tad more convenient. Here's what I mean:The drain pipe is 1 1/4". My piping under the sink (p-trap and tail pipe) is all 1 1/2". After a few trips to Ace Hardware with everything short of the vanity itself on the hunt for one thing, I finally tracked it down to Home Depot. If you run into this problem, all you need is a reducer washer, 1 1/2" x 1 1/4"! Comes in a little plastic bag for a couple bucks! Works like a champ getting that water tight seal on 2 different sizes without having to change out everything else underneath or hire a plumber! Aside from that minor inconvenience, I love my new faucets.

Just installed on a new sink haven't had any issue yet, for the cost of product I was very surprised at the quality and packaging . Will update if it begins to chip as other have mentioned. Other than that I'm in love with design and price.

I was impressed with the quality. Even comes with all the hoses needed to connect to the valve on the wall. Great buy!

Had high hopes but disappointed. We got two of these faucets for a double vanity. They arrived and seemed very nice quality, heavy and well packaged. I was impressed. They sat around in the boxes for a couple months as we did not have a chance to complete our bathroom renovation until this weekend. They are now installed, work well and looked great, however after one day of use the black paint started chipping off of the sink plug, you can now see the silver underneath. I had no idea these were just painted black and that the paint would start chipping. Had I known that I would’ve just gone with the silver color. Other than that they are decent quality for the price. But I’d avoid the black color, really bummed about that.

Product is beautiful, and the installation is pretty easy. However, one of the supply line threads broke when I was attaching to the main supply. I rigged it for now so that it works, but long term most likely will fail. Be aware when buying this that the supply line parts may be weak.
