Says boltless, what are the fasteners used if theres no bolts? What is different in the setup?

There are notches cut in some pieces and extended "rivets" on others, so the pieces slide into one another. There were no bolts needed to hold the frame together.

is there a listing for just the light fixture for this?

The light is a LED. It's pretty generic, so almost any can be used.
