Much Better than Expected!
The media could not be loaded. Wow, much better than expected.When I received this holder, I was pleasantly surprised that the box it came in was a nice looking retail box. So many of the items I get through Amazon are in a plain cardboard box which don't do well for gifts; because of this, I will purchase again as a house warming gift.The product itself is made very well and looks better than I anticipated.I am a frequent Costco shopper and buy all of my paper towel rolls from there and I was concerned when I saw the chart for this holder that said some roll sizes would not fit. I happened to have both the Costco Bounty and Kirkland rolls in my house, and both fit. That being said, the Kirkland roll is thicker than the Bounty roll and it was snug. After I removed 5 half-sheets, the roll fit perfectly. The Bounty fit perfect right out of the package.I don't really care about the 1-hand tear and did not purchase this product for that reason, however, I can tell you that this is the easiest 1-hand tear roll I have ever used (see attached videos). I tested it with both the Bounty and Kirkland rolls.Very happy with the purchase and will have this saved in my favorites for future gifts.

Product seems okay, seller not so!
So, after looking through many products and reviews i choose this. Here's how it went. Product arrived in shelf packaging only. Box was broken open and product was dented on it's base. I returned next day. I then in 2 days later received a replacement. Box was inside an Amazon shipping box. Item box was also broken open, not sealed, and lock tab was missing. Product was in better shape compared to first one but still has a smaller dent in base!! W.t.f. Too tired to get this one swapped out, I'll keep. As far as look and operation, i like so far. Have a white back splash and this white towel holder is good for that. Will never buy from this seller again!!! Oh, and forget about using "Bounty". Roll is too large. You think that this mnufctr wd spend the time to know this and make this just a tad larger. It wouldn't have to be much wider, maybe 1/8" ! They would have SO MUCH more in sales if they did. Also, the 4 rubber feet they stick onto the bottom are not quite thick enough. If you tilt the holder just a tiny amount while moving it even slightly, you'll get that old chalk board screetch! I glued larger ones on and rectified the issue. Idiot's!

Solid Bar Unit
Sits on bar and does its job; obviously no installation/assembly so set-up is a breeze; can wobble a bit if paper is torn in a hurry or at the wrong angle; large size so can easily accommodate any standard paper towel rolls on the market; raised base protects paper from light spills and wrap-around design from splashes. Overall, a fine dispenser.

Great Design
I picked this design because I have a contemporary kitchen design that is primarily black and silver. Aesthetically, the paper towel holder goes perfectly. What I also like about it is that it conceals the sight of looking at paper towels much more than other holders do. It is weighted at the bottom and very sturdy. It is in perfect condition (not a mark or flaw anywhere) and the seller packaged it very well and it arrived earlier than expected. Very pleased. Thank you.

Looks Good Online
Looks good online, but in reality, it kind of sucks.The product is too light, which hinders one hand use. What looks like an attractive stylish surround is a cheap metal.Bottom line, it is difficult to use, doesn't seem that great a quality, and there are dozens of other superior products out there that would be better.

They hide the paper towels on the countertop!
Love that it “hides” the paper towels on the counter; looks terrific on white countertop. Only drawback is, with the larger rolls of towels, you need to peel off a few for it to fit; not a big deal. Otherwise, I actually have a black and white one and love them! Would not use anything else on the countertop.

Best Paper Towel Holder Ever
This towel holder solved the problem I had in my kitchen. I love my ceiling fan in my kitchen but I hated how it would constantly blow my paper towels so much that they would start to wave at my in the breeze. This container will not let that breeze take control. It's mixed metals is also a great compliment to my industrial look kitchen. Good work UpGood crew!

WE LOVE IT THE CATS HATE IT
WE LOVE IT THE CATS HATE IT. WE HAD A PAPER TOWEL HOLDER UNDER THE CABINET AND OUR 2 KITTENS FOUND IT ONE NIGHT AND THEY HAD 3 QUARTERS OF THE NEW ROLL OF PAPER ON THE FLOOR WHEN I GOT UP FOR WORK. THEY JUST SAT THERE ON THE PAPER WITH HAPPY LOOK AND I STOOD THERE WITH A UN HAPPY LOOK. BUT NOW THEY HAVE NOT TOUCHED THE PAPER TOWELS. WE USE KIRKLAND SIGNATURE PAPER AND IT FITS,FIRST 3 SHEETS ARE TIGHT BUT THAT'S FINE WE LOVE IT.
