As a member of the Armed Forces I purchased this computer for when I have to go away for training. As I received the computer I realized that this was a old computer with an upgraded software. I previously had the same computer and did the exact upgrade and the computer couldn't handle it. Long story short, the hardware can't handle the software and it crashed repeatedly. It says SSD, but it sound like a HDD (sounds like a jet engine taking off).They did refund me for the computer after I sent it back; they don't pay for return shipping and they don't refund taxes. I'm here with no computer and less money than I spent.

Perfect for rugged environment. Great support from vendor. This system worked great but I needed something lighter for what I do in mt IT field. Only reason why I didn't give it a 5 Star is because I had to return this and get something more suitable.

Returns are NOT FREE but rather are at your expense. Return is to an International destination (CA) so it is expensive (> $70) and requires a Customs Declaration. It contains batteries but the instructions provided for return by the vendor conflict with US postal regulations as to labeling so there is quite some confusion at the post office.The Toughbook itself is what is advertised - old technology and old display resolution.

Works as expected, item was in good condition and cosmetic shape. Contacted seller for additional support, great feedback and courteous rapport. Thanx
