Do her legs bend...can she sit in a baby stroller?

legs dont bend but short enough she can ride in stroller

I bought this for my neice for Christmas so it is still in the box. Does anyone know how to turn it off?

There is an on/off switch on the upper back of the doll. You may have to cut one of the plastic packaging ties to access the back of the doll. Ours also came with the switch in the on position.

What are the small parts? Just curious why it says 3+. Is it possible to just store the small parts until a child is 3? There is only 1 doll for < 3?

I'm pretty sure it's because of the included diapers, which can tear open and reveal the pulp stuffing used to absorb the water from the "wetting" feature. The official warning on the manufacturer's page says "WARNING: Small parts may be generated.", which implies that there aren't small parts to start out with. The same age restriction is on the diaper refill packs.
