BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
I bought this product and took it to the local Chevy dealership to get programmed and it wouldn't work. Dealership tested the vehicle harness and all parts associated with the module and they are fine. The part is junk and it cost me a bunch of money to do the testing that should have been done by the company. Do not find out like I had to!!!! Don't buy this module from this company.

Worked great on my 2009 Silverado. This is the original oem parts. And you need to find mechanic who has the software to install programming for the module. If not, you need to program at the dealership
