1/35 Pz.Kpfw.III/IV Late Production (40cm) Tracks RM-5037

I was a little skeptical on these but, I quickly changed my mind on how easy these things are to build.The directions are on the back of the box and are very simple. The only major concern is this, where and how much glue to use??I was able to use Tamiya Extra Thin and placed it on the head of the pin. I used enough glue on the head of the pin so when it came in contact with the external portion of the individual track links, it stuck. The wicking feature of the glue made its way under the pin and secured the pin to the tracks.Just ensure that when you insert the pin sprue into the tracks within the jig, look for the numbers and ensure are facing you. #2 sprue pins go to the inside and #1 sprue pins are on the outside. The Reason for this is that there's extra plastic that gets in the way when you are trying to cut them from the track links that are sitting in the plastic jig.Please hold onto the orange/yellowish jig!!You can reuse this for other manufactured tracks as well. It will give you the proper alignment.

タミヤには試していないのですが、ドラゴン三号には「コレ専用？？？」というくらいにフィットします。カステンと同じピン打ち方式ですが、あれよりは繊細ではないので安心して組めます。ただよいことばかりじゃなくて、２０個にひとつくらいはピンの穴がふさがってます。なので、ピンバイスでちょいグリっとやるとすぐ貫通します。入っている冶具もまあまあの使いやすさ、ただ可動なのでめんどいにはめんどいです・・ゆっくり作って二日ほどかかりました。なので「ドラゴンの３号とか買ったけどキャタがマジトラやドラスチだったので物足りないから、社外品を使用したい」というヒトにおすすめです。ドラゴン４号にもすんなりフィットしました（！※くれぐれも組み立てには流し込みを使用しないように！（ピンがやられる危険性があります

既存の組立可動履帯中いちばん組みやすく、他社のキットにも使用できます。タミヤのⅢ号戦車L型に使用しましたが、純正かというくらい合いも良いです。

履帯が12枚分欠品していました。3号戦車に使用したため少ない枚数で事足りましたが、4号に使用予定の方は注意した方が良さそうです。
