I had a cyst burst about a year ago that nearly killed me. I was taking inositol in case the cyst was formed from insulin resistance but it didn't seem to be the case because a small one came back. Lucky me this cyst ruptured too but it was very small and easy to deal with. I started taking this supplement right after that hospital trip and not only do I have no pain on that side but the irregular cycle bleeding stopped too. I was taking 1-2 a day. The only side effect I didn't like was I notice a feeling of anxiety/irritability after taking this supplement. I take a few and I like to monitor what's causing what, so I know it was this one doing it. I adapted by taking it right before bed with magnesium.

This product really works, it did make me come on my menstrual two weeks early, that's a true sign that this works very well. I reached out to the seller who could barely speak English. I believe its either the product is to strong are it really really works.Meaning, if it's shirinks Cyst mass on your Ovaries blood would have to be released some how some they meaning it works. Maybe if I kept taking it may have been regulating my Harmons.?!?
