The skirt is cute and for $10 I guess I should not expect something that's amazingly well made. the tulles are not panels. They're just wavy strips of tulle attached to the elastics on one end. However, this is lined with a thin layer of cotton underneath so it actually functions like a skirt unlike some of the other tulles sold on Amazon.Overall, well recommend if you're not expecting too much and I would buy another skirt from this vendor.

The lining shrinks considerably after the first wash. It’s fine when my daughter wants to wear it around the house, but she can’t wear it out. For $15 it’s not worth it. Maybe $5.

I ordered a 4T skirt for my granddaughter, I received the wrong size, I received a 5/6years old size skirt. However the packing outside read 4T. Skirt looks nice but too big. Ordering for a second time and hoping to get the right side.

This was listed as a size 3T. I bought it for my granddaughter who wears a 2T thinking she could wear it for a longer time. When I received the skirt, the size on the tag said 2/3 T. The waist is way to small. But at least 2 sizes bigger than you need.

The skirt is a little on the shorter side, but it’s a fun playful skirt. I like that the lining under the tulle is pink (vs white) so it doesn’t stand out. The lining is shorter than the skirt so I make my daughter wear cartwheel shorts underneath. It held up pretty well after being thrown in the wash and hung it to dry.

I got it for my daughter's witch costume. She loves it and would wear it everyday of I let her. I had to exchange it for a different size and recently the tails of the ribbon fell off but it's still cute.

Fits as expected. Was super cute and flowy but my 2 year old daughter only wore it once for her birthday and it started unraveling through out her party. Every time I looked at her a new part was hanging lower and lower. Granted there was a lot of jumping and crawling going on but I feel like it should have still held up.

My granddaughter wore this for her 3rd Birthday. It’s beautifully made! Size 4 was sold out so I got a size 5 and it fit her just fine. The skirt is very sheer she wore shorts underneath.

The tulle is very "ballerina" like and washes well. My daughter was just disappointed that it didn't have a bow as pictured.
