This is my favorite organic flour to buy. I use it to make a ton of things, but I especially like to make pancakes with it trying not to use boxed ingredients and to make everything natural. This flower has a great quality and taste really great for the money it was a goodbye, the texture went to. It was perfect which is why I keep buying it.

Love King authurs, it's a good flour and corn meal, hubby loved the corn meal..

It is consistent and if making a white sourdough at home, very dependable. Note- I prefer mixed multi-grain sourdough, and if there are problems with my multi-grain sponge, this can be added to help the sponge medium growth as well. I have also made usual items like pancakes, gravies, pie crust, etc- and have not had any issues. (I have used various organic brands many years- and most known 'major' brands do have general dependability and consistency. This one is often easier to find and the fine-mill and flow has been a no-brainer shelf-stock item for me.)

Only flour I use for my sourdough!

I've tried other flour brands. Hands down this is the best.
