Top notch tens unit. Easy to use. Great instructions. And three different sizes of pads for different needs. I bought these for my upper shoulder, nape of neck. I have long term tightness for years that causes headaches. In addition to a heating pad, good pillow, stretching, electrolytes, this is helping to finally release those muscles.

I have been 100% disabled for forty years with fibromyalgia and for the past ten years with osteoarthritis and Parkinson's. I have not had a pain-free moment in forty years. I have had the gamut of treatments from every specialist known. Several years ago, I bought a wired TENS unit, but it is such a hassle to put the pads on my back with the wires. When I was searching for something easier to use, but just as effective, I found this Omega unit! LOVE THIS AMAZING PRODUCT! I is so well-made, packaged well, and over-all, is a up scale unit without the up scale price. When I called the company to ask a question, the lady I spoke to was so helpful and kind. Great product! Great customer service!

I have suffered with chronic muscle spasms in my back for years. I am always on the lookout for anything that might help. I am very familiar with tens units and had high hopes for the OMEGA. It is easy to setup and once you get the butterfly-shaped electrode in the correct spot on your body, it works great at relieving pain and actually feels good. I really like that you can use the remote to choose the intensity and length of treatment. The issues I have: The remote is very sensitive to touch so just picking it up can change the settings or turn the unit off. So, you can't put it in your pocket or a handbag. The power button on the electrode is in the center of the unit. It too, is very sensitive to touch. So, if you place it on your back, then lean against a chair, it sometimes turns off. You need to press the button on the electrode to turn it on again. Since I use it on my upper back, it's difficult to reach the button.

Wish I had this years ago! I have suffered through agony with my back and sciatic nerve pain. The pain eases with in minutes of applying. This unit is very easy to use! The remote is simple to figure out, it has pictures of what you need it to do. With it being USB charged it's always ready to go. I've used the neck pad as well, it releases my compressed disc pain in my neck quickly. The carrying case makes it simple to slip in my backpack or purse. Use anywhere!

I first had a TENS unit during a PT section and bought one for myself. The problem was that I couldn't put the wires where I needed them on my back. The next unit I tried was great, but it was quite small, and I couldn't find replacement pads for it. - This unit is large and able to cover more of the area that I need help with. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially suffering from back pain. * To prolong the life of the pads, you do need to clean the skin with rubbing alcohol first and store the pads on a plastic sheet.

I gave it three stars for giving me some pain relief, it's wireless and easy to hide/use. BUT, the sticky back gets warm and then when you try to remove it it's difficult and the stuff sticks to your fingers. The battery does not hold enough charge. I have an older TENS unit that is Not wireless and works better even with the wires.

I’ve used tens for 5 years. I hesitated with this wireless due to price. But wow it’s amazing. The large lower back pad has big coverage area. Make sure to snap unit into pad and turn on first for easy placement. The smaller upper back pad is great too. Much stronger current than my other units. Charge last long time. I use every day and hope the stickiness will last a while before I have to buy replacements. Great for travel.
