Great for those just starting fitness journey
The journal is a great size for fitting in larger purses and super easy to track meals logged. There isn't a breakout section for exercise and calories burned and it takes a little bit to understand the calorie totalling and difference section but for those who want to hit the ground running this book is great! I love the stickers that come with it too!

Small detailed bit margins are too small, definitely not to keep track of exercise
Small and sturdy, not enough room and margins to small, no major detail to add at the end in regards to exercise , it's plain and simple nor hard to use but not if you're looking to be more detailed in your notes

Just what I was looking for!
This is a great little journal! I like that it is colorful and I have plenty of room to write. It's gives monthly check-ins where you can document your measurements and weight. At the end of the journal there are quite of few blank pages which I like (so far I've written out easy recipes/food ideas). Each day at the top of the page you write out the date, your weight, amount of sleep and water. I like the section at the bottom where I can write out my exercise as well as other notes-there is a decent amount of room. Very handy. I like it, I recommend it and I will buying this again.

Neat little journal, minor issues
This is a nice little tracking journal. I like that each day is a single page and not a full 2 page spread. It's very straightforward design works well for me. I'd say this is best for food tracking rather than intense exercise tracking, though there is a little space at the bottom of each page to log physical activity. It's also a sturdy little book and feels well made.That being said there are some issues that will likely keep me from buying this a second time. 1) there are only 28 days for each month before you reach the review page. 31 days would have made more sense. 2) there are quite a few spelling errors and some awkward language.Not a bad journal to start food tracking, but I hope the people who made it listen to the other reviewers and get some of those issues fixed.

Nice size and good for counting macros
I really like that this has a holder for a pen so it’s easy write down what you eat throughout the day. It gives you some info on a website to use to figure out your macros also.

Perfect Aide to Getting Healthy!
Perfect little notebook for logging food items and exercise. Focus is mostly on tracking food but I think it is perfect for someone just starting to try to get healthy.

Great tracker
This is simple notebook to track your meals djring the day. It has a space for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It also has a small space to write your exercises. Overall is not bad, not fancy and cute, but it does the job. The bright color makes it easy to find. I looked at other trackers before i got this one, but before I spend my hard money on one of the other trackers, i rather learn the habit of writing mh day to day with this one, and then later transfer to a more fancy notebook.
