Is their a ral equivalent to determine the shade of red ?

Don’t know, but I found it just a bit of a guess for the colour. I’ve ended up buying 3 tubs, and mixing different amounts of each together to get the right colour. Financially rubbish, but I got the right colour in the end. The red is quite dark though.

Would this work for fixing broken roof clay pan tiles?

It is like filler but coloured and for bricks. Don't think it will repair roof tiles

I have some settlement cracks through about 5 bricks on front corner my house. The cracks are very thin max 0.25 of a cm. Will this work?

I used it to fill a hole in a brick and it worked well so it should fill the cracks OK (it’s fine enough) but if settlement movement continues I don’t think you can expect it to hold the bricks together.
