I’ve had to contact this seller a few times because the product stopped working after a few months of use. Each time, they responded quickly and sent a replacement right away, all within the one-year warranty. The third unit lasted about six months before failing again, but once more, the seller handled it professionally and promptly.I’m a frequent Amazon shopper and have dealt with many sellers — some of whom never even reply. Compared to them, this seller’s customer service is outstanding. They are reliable, honest, and quick to take care of issues. The product itself is good, but what really stands out is their consistent and sincere support. Sellers like this are rare, and I’m happy to keep supporting them.

Had it for 5 months battery crapped out,had 1 from a Bluetooth speaker exact same size ,volts amps,etc.Opening it up took a little figuring out used my smartphone screwdriver set and some shrinkwrap for the battery wires splice,took me an hour.Worked great.I just did it to see if it would work.The Machine is a good product.

After posting my review of this product the company contacted me directly and asked if I would try the product again, giving it a second chance. I agreed and they replaced the product at no charge.I originally purchased this product for some specific features. The gravity ball, the included travel case, the case that holds all of the nozzles in one place and the large water reservoir. All of these things are still my top pros. The original product just stopped working so I sent it back since I specifically bought it to go with us to Spain for two weeks.I received the new one, tried it out for the few days we had left before leaving on vacation and it worked great. We packed it (with a backup flosser just in case) and went on vacation.This flosser worked great and lasted the whole time away. Still working today. We definitely like this flosser better than the replacement product I purchased after the first one died.I highly recommend this product. It’s highly organized for travel, can be very powerful if needed and the battery lasted for a very long time. Two people used it daily for 3 weeks and it still hasn’t run down in power. Customer support was persistent and helpful.It would have been great if it had worked longer than 2 and a half weeks. It was easy to use and comfortable to hold. I loved that the water well came off completely to be able to fully empty and dry it. Everything was working great until it didn’t. Out of the blue it stopped working. I fully charged it one night and the next night when I pushed the power button it just whines instead of pulsing out water. I really wanted this flossed to work. We are going to Europe for 2 weeks in May. This flosser was my solution to packing our full size stationary flosser.So disappointed. Wanted to use it for a while before taking it on a long trip. I have braces and I have to have a water flosser. Well, the hunt begins again…

I had charging problems but, the company sent a replacement quickly. Being curious I decided to find the problem and repair the first one. It was an easy fix. I crimp the cord so it fit tighter to the flosser. I bought it 2/2022. It's now 2/2025 and it works fine. Every now and then you must run a bleach solution through it to stop mold damage. The charge doesn't last as long as it use to but, that's expected.

Got a popcorn shell stuck below my gumline. It became very sore. Hygienist removed it, then suggested this product to keep my gums clean. If I get the nozzle too close to my gums, it makes them touchy. Too close to where the popcorn shell came from and there's a bloody mess. Think I will try using the waterfloss in the shower, so I can control it better without worrying about splashing.

I purchased this glosser for my father’s 89th birthday, which was one month after the purchase on March 25. Plugged in item to charge and set up for him. This past week visiting him I asked why it was always plugged in recharging, and he said that the charge only lasted one day. Now it’s beyond return date and doesn’t work! So beware of gifting anything with short return deadline. I have this same flossed and it works great and stays charged. But now being stuck with the bad glosser from Amazon, will order another somewhere else.

This water flosser isn't recommended. I bought it a year ago and used it three times a day for a while. Now, the battery doesn’t work. I’ve had another brand for four years, and it still works.

We have owned several water flossers, and this is by far the best. High quality, variable water pressure, and little weight at the bottom of the tube which allows it to efficiently keep the water going no matter how it is held. Even has a dial to adjust the direction of the tip, and comes with multiple tips and a nice zippered bag.After 10 months of daily use, it suddenly stopped keeping a charge. I looked at the original manual that came with it and saw it has a 12 month warranty. I sent an email, and had a conversation with a very friendly helper who mailed me a replacement. It arrived within just a few days. Truly exceptional!!
