I got this flip book for my five-year-old grandsons and according to my daughter, they are really enjoying it! I am a retired teacher and would have definitely wanted my primary-grade students to have access to a product like this.

Excellent learning tool for learning word families and review of long and short vowels.

I like the concept, but it did not include all the letter sounds and combinations I would have hoped. It is a bit hard to flip the cards (separate each individual card to flip one over. I wish there were a way to add my own letters that I wanted to teach the kids. I am using it as a resource in a summer reading program I am teaching. It is durable, but not as adaptable to the reading concepts you might want to teach.

My students love this! They are excited to not only spell the word for the given picture but they also like to build other words.
