Extremely well made
I haven't used this yet but I am extremely impressed by the quality of the product. It's not often that a product arrives that exceeds expectations!

Works Good! Nice Power UPDATE: JUNK
I love this. Nice and sturdy and has good power. Just be careful to not loosen the tip too much.... it'll fly off. It leaks a bit as well but I added some silicone and that helped.After a year, this completely fell apart. Paint peeling. Leaking. Threw it away. Garbage!!! Good for a month maybe.

Not all Brass fittings.
The male hose connector on the sprayer handle is not Brass. It is a silver metal (probably Aluminum), with a gold coating. It's not the same color as all the other Brass fittings, and showed silver metal underneath when scraped with a knife. (See photo. True Brass fitting is on the left. This coated fitting is on the right.)

How to use this adapter
My husband had to help me. I thought it was just a matter of screwing both ends, one into hose & one into connector & rod.You have to pull back on the connector, insert rod and it will lock in. The same if you need to remove it. Works great, no leaks.I'm glad I didn't return it.One satisfied customer

Was more than I expected, really does work and shoots a long stream, and very well made.Best hose nozzle I have ever bought.
