Keep the cord out of the beaters!
Other than my carelessness, it works like it should. Not used commercially so I don't know how it will hold up with time. But they do give you extra motor brushes. Seems to be built well.

no customer support
I purchased this and after the first use the six speed switch stopped working. I contacted the company and they gave me the name of a supplier to buy a new switch. Don't buy this from this company, get it from a company with customer and product support. on a side note I was able to remove the switch and it works as a single speed mixer.

Worth the money
It works really good to mix mortar. Mixes way quicker then the single one.
