I’ve been taking vitamin K for a while. It’s great with vitamin D. I noticed a huge difference. I used to bruise all the time. This is a very easy to swallow and very easy on my stomach.

I actually had to give this away because it was too strong for me. I have had the same problem with topical K2 at a lower dose, so I am sure it is the dosage. While there isn't an established upper limit for K2, I'm prone to side effects from high doses of any vitamin, and I don't like putting that much extra strain on my liver.But from the two doses I endured, my carpal tunnel symptoms have almost entirely vanished and I feel closer to my "prime" than I have in years! This is an extremely bioavailable supplement and didn't cause any typical "allergic" reaction symptoms, which is hard to find for me. I would repurchase if available in a low dose form (probably less than 100 mcg total).I can barely find a K2 supplement that doesn't directly contain legume ingredients, or other allergens including nuts and corn. I especially can't eat soy or chickpeas, the primary ingredients used to manufacture K2, so I'm lucky if I can tolerate the refined plant forms at all.I'm going to give emu oil a shot even though it has much lower vitamin K values. Maybe the omega's will be worth it.

This is a really positive review because it's worth highlighting the benefits of this product. It's manufactured in the USA, which gives it a level of credibility. The energy production boost was noticeable and it promotes heart health too. I'm impressed with it so far and would recommend it.
