The book arrived in very good condition. Everything was as described in description.

You know... I kind of expected more from yana toboso. It felt like this should have been much longer. Was somewhat rushed.

Love this!! I'm so happy they finally published this in English.I recommend reading this without the thought of Black Butler in mind, its a great story on its own.

~3/5This is clearly an earlier work of Toboso, as the quality is very inexperienced.The whole volume is about a vampire school, and a close group of friends that are trying to deal with the attack on them. Aldred finds out he’s the chosen one to wield Kei, a human chosen to turn into a sword for him.Honestly, the plot didn’t really interest me. The characterization wasn’t very good. The art is an earlier style, unlike her newer stuff. There’s an interesting group of characters, but I didn’t grow very close to them. It has a happy ending, so that was nice.It just didn’t pull me in like I wanted. Everything here as the potential to be great, the story, the characters and the world all give the impression of what could be a pretty awesome read. However somewhere in editing this story got majorly screwed. This story is obviously way too big for a 1 shot and has been hacked to pieces with a machete to fit it into 224 pages when it really needs to be at least a 5 book series, with the material you could probably stretch it even further. I would love to see Yana Toboso go back one day and rewrite this into a series it deserves but i doubt that would happen. In its current state i would say it isnt worth reading unless you want to study how not to edit a manga. But i cant rate it too low because some of the jigsaw pieces are there, enough to at least imagine what the rest of the picture could have looked like.

viene muy bien cuidado, es una pena que no este editado es español, pero algo es algo, es casi imposible encontrarlo en tienda física, me ha alegrado mucho encontrarlo por aquí aunque sea en ingles.

Finally able to get an English release of this manga. I own the original Japanese edition. But since I can't actually read Kanji, it's nice to have an English version.
