Perfect
Great banneton. Just give it a dusting of rice flour and the dough comes out like a dream. These banneton are long lasting too. To dry it, when I take the bread out of the Dutch oven, I put the banneton in with the lid on and set the Dutch oven aside to cool. By the time it’s fully cooled the banneton is dry. Never had any mold problems doing this
