What is the best way to store the freeze dried cranberry powder?

It is to be stored in a dark place at room temperature. You also need to reseal the bag airtight. I fold over the top and 'seal' it with a large paper clip. I keep the bag in a lower cabinet where it is dark and cooler than elsewhere. I hope this helps.

Can this powder be used in an herbal tea blend? Recommendations seeing how it doesn't dissolve in water?

Hi, and thanks for the question! You absolutely can use it in a herbal tea blend - just scoop a tablespoon or so into a fine mesh teabag or a strainer and pop it into the hot water. This way you'll still get the nutrients! Our cranberry powder is high in antioxidants. Since many of these plant compounds and nutrition is stocked in the skin and seeds of the berries, is why we use whole berries for our powders. So because it's made from the whole fruit and contains all the parts, the powder doesn't fully dissolve in water, but contains heaps more nutrients than juice powder. Hopefully this helped you out. If you refer to the ratio of powder vs fresh berries, it is the following: for 6 oz (171 g) of wild cranberry powder we have used approx 47 oz (1330 grams) of fresh organic wild cranberries. About the heavy metals, we are conducting lab tests in a 3rd party independent laboratory in Germany to ensure all indicators are strictly within limits what comes to heavy metals and other pollutants. Tastes like the real thing!

This really tastes like cranberries ,and that means it is not sweet. It very good in a cranberry-orange smoothie. I want to try it with apples too.

Good for you but not sure of best way to take advantage of it.

I'm trying to make this stuff work, but I find it very difficult to mix with any liquid. It just seems to want to clump up on me. I do know it's extremely healthy and I need to find a way to get it mixed into drinks. I welcome any comments that might help me.

If the old adage, "If it tastes bad it's probably good for you" is true, then this product is a Superfood! 😂 However, the health benefits truly outweigh the sharp, bitter taste. Most people use this in smoothies with great success, but I ain't go no time for that! I use it in yogurt.
