The silence is wonderful!
I have suffered with ringing in the ears for at least 30 years and have tried every product on the market. This one worked for me after just one bottle. I reordered 6 more bottles because the ringing reoccurred while waiting for my new order. No, this is not a cure and nothing will cure tinnitus but this product can reduce the noise to a trickle.

This product is useless and does not help with tinnitis at all. It was a total waste of money. Do not buy this if you have ringing in the ears because it will not help.

It controls the ringing
This is a great product been using for three maybe four years. When I asked the doctor his to stop ear ringing the answer was u don’t well I did not agree so resherched anc found this product. I take two every night along with giko and the ear ringing has stopped to a point, once in Awhile if flares up so I up the doses

This works for me but it takes a while to get results
This product actually works for me. It took about 6 weeks of daily use before I noticed results, so I take it faithfully now. My tinnitus has decreased substantially with use. Thank goodness. I had both pulsatile and high pitched sound and it has managed both.

better than nothing
It only helps to some extent (2 pills/ day). BUT, when I don't, tinnitus gets unbearable. Been taking it for abiut 10 yrs.

Does Not Work - Tinnitus is not an ailment that can be corrected with a pill
I've had tinnitus for many years as a result of military service. Although I know better, I decided to give Clear Products Clear Tinnitus a try because even a slight reduction in my tinnitus would be worth the price and more. Unfortunately, after using all four bottles and following directions to the letter, I noticed no relief or reduction in the level of my tinnitus.Do not recommend.
