Stens OEM Replacement Belt 265-929 for Toro 95-6151

I have a 13-year-old Toro CCR 2450 GTS 38515 single-stage snowblower sitting, waiting for snow to come our way in PA. Almost always, seemingly without fail, the part you don't have on hand to service a machine when needed is the part that will choose to die on you when you need it most. This happened to me a few years ago when old man winter decided to dump a foot of snow on us in only a few hours. I fired the snowblower up and, mid-run, the OEM belt snapped. After my buddies snowblowed me out enough to get in my car (and after the plows came through our development) I took the Toro to a local shop to have it serviced. I found out three things a) it is ridiculously easy to service the snowblower belt on my single-stage Toro, b) that the shop exclusively uses Stens belt replacements, and c) the shop charged a ludicrous price for an easy fix. Despite my lessons learned, which I chalk up to, well, a lesson learned, the Stens belt the shop put on my snowblower has been going strong winter to winter for the last few years (some of which were lighter accumulation-wise than others, but some of which were no joke either). Given how long the belt has been on, it's soon time for it to fail. I wanted to be ready this time by having a back-up belt on hand. While I haven't yet had a need to install this Stens belt on my snowblower, I can speak to Stens quality. They're built to last -- at least mine was. If the Stens belt on my snowblower is any indicator of how the replacement Stens belt will function, I'm not the least bit worried.Pros: In giving the belt I received the once-over, I can tell you it seems the same as the one the local shop used -- part number, build quality, and all. Seams are solidly welded, and nearly invisible (as should be the case). The rubber used appears flexible, yet durable.Cons: None so far.Recommended Purchase?: Everything about this belt screams Stens quality. When the time comes to use the replacement belt (which I hope won't be for awhile, as I'm frugal and want all the life out of a belt I can get), I'll update this review to let you know how it went. Until then, I have no problem recommending this belt as a solid four-star purchase.
