My local grocery doesn't carry oat flour for some reason. I'm glad I have an alternate source for it here. This is perfectly adequate for my needs. Lasts a long time for me. I hardly ever use wheat flour as I think it lacks the benefits of oat flour (which has better protein and fiber.) If you're new to oat flour, google the swap between wheat and oat flour. Americans on the whole are getting way more wheat in its many forms than we need and could benefit from this alternative. Seemed fresh, great for baking, good taste.

Not gritty and great alternative to flour and almond flour. Made some delicious chocolate fudge mug cakes.

We love this organic, gluten-free oat flour. It is quality. Both my husband and I have gluten sensitivities. We use this flour in a lot of our cooking. Since oats are "gummier" than most flours, I use less tapioca or arrowroot. I don't need xanthan gum. When I combine with lighter flours, I get a nice product that tastes good and bakes well.

Great, nutritious oat flour. Nice, mild flavor, well-ground. Have purchased multiple times now. Use it in nearly all of my baking.

Excellent quality product. Use it in my custom home-made meal replacement shakes with blueberries, 25g collagen and 50g whey protein isolate.Mixes very easily in a blender.

Fine texture . Works perfectly in baking my butterscotch toffee bars, now gluten free.Tried a few other brands oat flour before this , wasn’t pleased with coarse grind.This brand is great, all the oat flavor and easy to work with.
