beautiful color but i didn’t realize such a stiff material i needed to make a valance for a school staff lounge

The media could not be loaded.  Bought to lay on furniture to prevent cigarette burns. 2 issues:First, it shipped from china and took about a month to arrive. If it worked then not a problem but...2 it is NOT burn proof. A cigarette laying on this fabric burns a hole all the way through the fabric in about 7 seconds. I guess it will buy you a few seconds with a dropped cigarette but it definitely will not protect anything underneath.I also purchased the only other burn proof fabric on Amazon in 1 foot sheets and it is cigarette proof.Sorry probably a good product for it's intended purpose but definitely not burn proof at cigarette temperatures.

I tested this in several applications, direct heat on stove top, hot pot, for example. The material stuck to the pot and turned brown. It melted on the stove top leaving a residue I had to scrape off. Very disappointed.

Doesn't do well around any heat and o one occasion it caught fire.

Tested...burned immediately. Returned.

Looks like a shortage in supply or a problem in execution

This is a nice size sheet that works for anyone that wants to have use a portable fire pit on their deck. We like to have campfires in the winter and use this fabric underneath the fire bowl for any sparks etc that may fly from the fire. It does an excellent job.

It is not flame retardant. I put a lighter to it and burned a hole through it within seconds.
