I was somewhat surprised and worried by that. Due to other reviews here I did turn off the living room fan, left AC as normal. It took a minute for the cone to burn and accumulate smoke but once it did it look exactly as pictured here. That said, when I approached it to take my first video the smoke, which is very sensitive, all sort of whooshed away. This is the second video after standing still and waiting for it to accumulate. I love the smell and look. The smoke is pleasant to watch but I purchased mainly for the aesthetic and mostly the scent that I am pleased with. Will update if there are any complications later.

This is such an amazing product it’s really peaceful when you put it in a nice peaceful area! If you want to see the beauty of the water flow put it in a area where there is not a lot of movement or air as it will ruin the aesthetic of it.Make sure you clean it after every use as it may leave some residue, amazing product and you could put any back-flow incense or stick incense on there just to make sure that when you use it, after each use make sure you ventilate the room as it may leave a long lingering scent of the incense which may be a little too strong for some users.Other than that, amazing product would definitely recommend as a gift or for personal use.

Stunning...I am in love with this. This was a replacement by the seller because the first one had been damaged somehow in shipping even thought it was packed very well and the responded very quickly with excellent customer service and sent a new one right away.And let me just tell you that the pictures don't do it justice. You have to see it in person. The incense smell amazing as well. Thank you guys very much. There is a metal holder that goes in the top, where you sit the incense cone. The holder does not fit securely into the top though, so it's very wobbly. This means whenever you are trying to sit an incense cone on it or light an incense cone, it constantly falls off. I've burned my fingers and hands numerous times when the cone falls off. It's incredibly unsafe and unstable. It just isn't a good design. I've used several times and never experienced the 'flowing' of the smoke like it's supposed to. If you have any type of fan or air moving, it won't work.

I love to just stare at this thing and watch the smoke. The included cones work ok but they aren't my favorite in terms of scent, and don't give you a really thick stream of smoke until they're close to not putting off any more smoke at all. I prefer to use Satya Super Hit scent backflow cones. The waterfall effect is mesmerizing and it works exactly the way it's supposed to. Sometimes I like to put a string of fairy lights around it in the dark so I get a more ethereal, glowing effect.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked this item. When I first opened it, I was a bit disappointed as the incense burner was plastic not ceramic. However, it worked really well when I tried it. I found it very relaxing to watch the incense smoke flow like water down the burner. The cone was burnt half way by the time the smoke reached the bottom of the burner. It was very natural looking compared to the oval ceramic type and I found it to be calming. The incense also has a pleasant scent and the kit included a metal holder for the incense cone so the the plastic doesn’t burn.

I got the tree stump version and it’s adorable! I love the smell of the cones as well, the lavender is my favorite! My daughter has the egg version and saw my new one and she traded me because she’s obsessed with it! You get so many cones that I don’t know if I’ll ever have to buy more!
