Maximum Ball Diameter possible is 38 mm This existing design is for a perfect fit and direct mounting on a myford lathe machine . however this can even fit to a larger Centre Height Lathe machine with some sort of packing to adjust it to the centre height of the machine that you are planning to fit it onto.
