Good product, keeps hair straight easy to use but sticky

Although it is an excellent product and I am using it, it is not what I thought I was ordering. There is another product by Philip B that is also called Drop Dead Straight Hair gel that I thought I was ordering. I know the names are either the same or similiar, but the picture for the product when I ordered it was of the other tube. After I had ordered and paid for it, I had looked again at it and the picture was different. I am sure it was of the other one when I ordered it because I am aware of the two products.

I really love this stuff. It also depends on your hair type. I get keratin treatments , so I can skip the blow drying and just iron in the morning. When the treatment wears off, I have to blow dry , which helps, especially in the bad spots. When I iron it is stick strait.

This stuff went straight to the trash can after one use. I only wish I had purchased it at Ulta or Sephora where I would have been able to get my money back because I didn't like it. I was on an"anti-silicone" kick for awhile, and was looking for products that did not have silicone in them. This product is terrible. It did NOTHING for my wavy-frizzy hair. So far, the best stuff that I have found for long lasting frizz control and heat protection are Redken Satinwear 02 Heat Styling Thermo Actif and Redken Iron Silk 07 Heat Styling Thermo Actif. These are great products and really control my frizz hair in the humid gulf coast climate that I live in.

I've purchased this product before and plan on purchasing it again in the future. It's expensive, but works great

My hair was straight without the sticky feeling that most products give you and it smells wonderful. Get it if you try to keep your hair stright for more then a day.

This straightener works better than Paul Mitchell's in my opinion. Unlike PM's this one is water soluable, which is great for people like me with natually wavy or curly 2a hair that tends to be dry & so you go sulfate free. Learn to use the right amount. I used to little at first, then too much made hair limp, but just right is fabulous. I told my hairdresser about this find.

I purchased this product to extend the length of a professional keratin treatment during lockdown. Whilst it does help to make the hair straighter it leaves it sticky, dull and like straw. Would definitely not recommend since it is also extremely expensive. If I can return it I will!
