I LOVE this little machine! I live in a small apartment and my new neighbors are noisy. The walls are thin and I can hear everything. My friend suggested I get a white noise machine, so I researched reviews and found that this is the highest rated budget noise machine on Amazon. This small machine has a ton of different features: many different white noise sounds, as well as nature sounds that I love. I especially enjoy the rain, ocean and bird sounds. I quickly got accustomed to having the machine on all the time as background noise.It has multiple lighting options as well, from a soft white light at different levels of brightness, to varying colors that offer beautiful ambient lighting. There's a good range of volume, you have the option of plugging into a wall outlet or USB, or using the battery which has a good charge, so it's great for travel. It's very simple and intuitive to use. Low price and great value. While it doesn't completely eliminate the sound of my neighbors, it does muffle the sound and make it a lot less distracting, which means I can be a lot happier with my neighbors. I might even order another one for another room. Thank you Anescra for giving me peace again!

A year later I love it so much I've ordered a second one so my kids can have a sound machine in their room when we travel. This is a great investment.This is an all around good sound machine. It's small, good sound quality, easy to use, many options for sound and settings, rechargeable, and has nice lighting options. There are multiple variations of fan and white noise varieties for your liking. The only down side (doesn't matter to me though) there are two song/lullaby options - "twinkle twinkle little star" and "hush little baby". I would had expected a variety of lullaby tunes in these setting but they only play on repeat. They are pleasant but maddening after a while. Look at my pictures of the instructions for clarification on the sound categories. The instructions in my picture are completely accurate of discription and order of sound and lights. I don't know about durability or charge time. I'll update this review if it's disappointing. Sleep well!

It's a great size for travel or just not taking up much space at home, I love all the light & color options. I love all the different sound options. The timer's great. It's a great little machine It was a good price I was looking for a long time, I'm pretty picky.Because I am unfortunately really picky about the noise i fall asleep to though, I do have to have it underneath the bed to muffle the sound... I only use certain sounds that work for me. I do wish that there were some lower tone deeper engine sounds... But I haven't seen that advertised on any sound machine to be honest... It works well enough if I stick it under the bed like I said previously or underneath something to muffle it or make it lower tone sounding. That's just a personal preference and use of machine. I would recommend this one to my friends.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my 5th white noise machine from Amazon in this price range ($25 or so - I got this one on a sale). I think this one would be my favorite, except for the plug - in the first month of using it, I have had it decide it wasn't connected correctly twice - so it shut off once its battery was out. I might just have a bad cable though.I like the sounds - you only need one good one - and the simplistic design. The sound tracks are continuous (or at least they sound that way). I like that it has batteries, since ours need to come with us when we travel (the babies and now mom and dad are getting dependent on them), and I want it to continue overnight in a power outage. One of my favorite aspects of this is its light, which can be set to fairly dim. I no longer use it though because I worry about bumping the cable and disconnecting it without noticing. It is difficult to see what buttons to press to turn on the light when you are in a dark room.

I really like this. It has good quality sound and a good amount of sound options. The manual says that light color, sound, and volume should stay the same when turned off and on, but on my device, volume does not go back to where I had it set. Color and sound do return to where they were set. Besides the little raised dot on the button, I also wish that the power button was backlit for easy access in the dark.EDIT-7months later: We use this every day, and I still love it! It helps the baby sleep like a dream. I’m switching from 4 stars to 5. I take back what I said before about the volume not staying the same when you turn it off and on. It USUALLY stays the same. However, sometimes the volume resets back to high, and I think it must have to do with whether it was unplugged and plugged back in or some other reason. I’m not sure. If I don’t mess with the device and am only turning it off and on using the off/on button, then the volume is consistent.

Bought for travel. Lots of sound options to help mask noise for a better night's sleep. Size is great, will fit in carry on without taking up too much space. Wanted something with a nightlight for getting up in the middle of the night in unfamiliar hotel room. Like that it has 2 styles of plugs for options when traveling. Buttons aren't too hard to figure out. Tons of options on this thing! I plan to use in my yoga/guest room when not traveling for guests and meditation. Very happy with purchase.

I place the noise machine outside my office door when I am working or when I am having Telehealth appointments. I live with three other people (who as of yet, have not complained about the noise maker), so privacy is definitely something I need to make for myself. It's worked great so far! I also enjoy the light function because the hallway gets very dark at night, with no outlets for a small night light, so I can easily set this out to make sure no one gets hurt while stumbling to the bathroom half asleep. The battery life is pretty good, too, and lasts me a while. Would recommend if you're in search of a noise maker for either background noise, privacy, sleep, or even if you just like the sound of rain and want some light to go with it :)

Ordered this machine, received promptly. Used a couple times and found the charge cord could not connect to the machine to achieve a charge. Upon contact with the company they saw the issue and were quick to offer a replacement, which was received much faster than expected and works perfectly. We love the night lights and different sound options and it’s great for travel / camping to keep sounds the same. Would definitely purchase another unit and recommend to others.

Sound quality was never good to begin with but it was tolerable. However it died within a month of purchase. Waste of money.

This thing is amazing. It's been a life saver for my baby It's got good sounds and nice colors.It's literally been on for 6 months non stop and i have no issues it it!

The biggest problem I found with this white noise machine is that every 1.5 to 2 hours, it momentarily paused, a big enough break to wake you up. Because of this, I sent it back. Only one white noise sound was deep enough for me, but it would have sufficed, had it not been for the paused in the sound. The light was good.

Love this sound machine, my son sleeps so much better, during the day he likes to watch the lights change colour and listen to the different sounds as well. Love that it works on chargeable battery too so it’s very portable.
