I installed this on my 2012 ford escape after I had the motor seize up. I ended up switching out everything to brand new. This was a great product choice. For the cost you can't beat it and for a do it yourself person this is what you need. I was very satisfied that the plastic nut cover was included along with the nut.

I thought that the bushing inside the new wiper arm was too small at first too. So I slept on it thinking about what I saw and the flat spot on the wiper motor shaft.So here is your answer. The part IS the same for all Flexs. The old broken wiper arm had a bushing in it that probable stayed on the shaft. I hit it with some PB Blaster and let it sit. I pryed off the 3/4 of a bushing that was left on the shaft. The other 1/4 was still in the broken wiper arm. See pics. The new wiper arm fit perfectly on the shaft after the broken bushing was removed. No returns and Happy Wife, Happy Life. The Hodee wiper are is high quality and we all are happy, especially my daughter who got the free high quality Hodee wipe that is include for her new car !Thanks and I hope this helps you and prevents an unwarranted return and disappointment when your new arm does not fit any better than the one you first ordered.

Does what it's supposed to do. Changing was easy but I had to buy a small gear puller as well to remove the old wiper arm. The night before I sprayed the old nut with wd-40 to make removal easier because it was corroded.The microfibre cloth supplied is nice bonus as well as the wiper blade. Good value for the money.

price was great, and comes with a new wiper blade---very easy to install--hardest part was trying to break loose the original nut--had to use a little heat from a propane torch--being very careful not to heat up the glass by pointing the flame away from it--dont worry about melting the old plastic wiper arm, it was broken anyway. spray a little penetrating fluid on the nut and stud and don't force it --it should break loose after that.good luck

Installed easily, main wiper attachment assembly seems good quality. The actual wiper blade included is pretty awful, but considering I bought the part strictly for the attachment assembly I have no complaints.

This is an exact replacement for the factory rear wiper arm for a Ford Flex. I know that almost all the reviews are for other vehicles so I'll write this to let Ford Flex owners know this FITS! I have a 2016 but all Flexes have the same rear wiper assembly. The little tool that comes with the kit is a thoughtful touch however I used my ratchet to remove the rusted on nut that I left on the threaded post when the wiper are broke for the third time after I fixed it with epoxy. Installs in seconds! So happy with this product.

The curse of every SUV....the soiled filthy tailgate and window! This is a quality product, easy to install. They give you not only a new nut, but the wrench .....two minute install. AND they even put in a really thick microfiber cloth to clean windows!!!! The nicely sewed cloth will stay in the vehicle for long time. I wish other vendors would pay attention to such high customer standards. Excellent in every respect.
