iPad Pro 12.9-Inch (2021/2020/2018 Model) Paper Film

Fits nicely, good alignment, easily application and good feel

This is my second time purchasing this screen protector, and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend having it professionally installed at a tech shop/mobile repair shop which is usually free — those experts do an excellent job applying the film without leaving any bubbles. The first time I installed it myself, I ended up with a few bubbles, which became quite distracting over time. But I think it was more my skill issue rather than the product. The texture is very similar to drawing on paper, which makes it a game-changer for apps I use like Procreate. It enhances the flow of drawing and adds a tactile experience that's hard to beat. The screen protector does slightly mattify the display compared to the original screen's vibrant look. If you’re someone who prioritizes vibrant visuals, this might take some getting used to. However, I found it to be a minor adjustment, and it doesn’t bother me much at all. Overall, as long as it's installed properly without bubbles, this screen protector is absolutely worth the investment!

A decent matte screen protector. It reduces the glare pretty well from light. Also creates a nice surface to use the Apple Pencil on. It gives an almost paper like texture. The only downside of this product is the way you pale the protector. I think ketchup should provide more stick tabs so that they can be used to line up the screen protector up perfectly with the iPad display. All in all good product at a good price.

Came inside a protective folder/box which meant it was not damaged (as a screen protector for my MacBook was a couple of years ago). I bought this as I’m starting uni in a few weeks and wanted something that felt like paper, and most importantly, allowed my Apple Pencil 2 to feel really natural. If you don’t have an Apple Pencil, this is still a great option as its texture is really nice to use and it has anti-glare which is great in the sunshine. A few reviews say it’s difficult to install and there are bubbles. However, that is not true - with the correct technique and by following the instructions, I was able to install it with no bubbles and it’s perfect. There’s a few things included such as hinge stickers, cloth and wipes to make installation really easy. It’s worth spending a good 5-10 minutes cleaning the screen and another 5 minutes positioning the screen protector. I did this and I am very happy with the result. It is quite a thin protector compared to tempered glass but in my eyes it made it a whole lot easier to fit. Overall I am very satisfied and it was definitely worth the money - and over half the price of a competitor’s product (priced at £33). Recommended to anyone with an iPad Pro.

I’m normally a fan of JETech products but this one is a big miss. I’m a pro a screen protectors but this one is very tricky to get right - so much so it comes a place holder foot stick on your table, stickers to stick the screen protector to align and then you have to start peeling the thing off while it’s fastened down. In theory it should work but in practice it doesn’t at all. If this was three for £9.99 then I would say go for it, £9.99 for one is way to much when the application error must be in the 90% mark. It’s gone in the bin complete waste of a tenner….save your money !

There are lots of reviews on YouTube and Amazon regarding Matt screen protectors. For and against. Installation: easy enough, the instructions have a link to a YouTube video which I followed and took my time. The screen protector fitted well and was perfect size. I had no air bubbles. Anti glare. Definitely less glare than the tempered glass protector I had on before. Also less than the bare iPad screen. Very similar to difference between some TVs that have a Matt finish and some that have a gloss finish. Effect on image: there is a slight blurring of the screen but you have to look really hard to see it. I actually feel it softens the image a tiny amount which seems nicer. Feel of screen: the screen feels a bit rougher as you would expect, but it feels nicer really. Not as slippery. Apple Pencil: works fine with the screen protector on. A bit easier then the bare screen or tempered glass protector. Overall: a good screen protector and worth trying as it might not be to everyone’s taste. But definitely worth giving it a go.

Not easy to put on accurately and has tiny air bubbles under it. It feels nice to touch, slight glare but nothing significant.

Brilliant product for students. I brought this when I purchased the iPad Air 4. The main use of my iPad was going to be taking notes as I wanted to be able to keep all of my student nursing notes in one place for easy access so a paper feel screen protector was a must. The screen protector come in good packaging and quickly. Although it doesn’t feel exactly like paper it adds enough friction to the screen that makes writing that little bit easier and more comfortable. also writing on a screen protector and not paper does takes some getting used to, but it’s doesn’t take long to adjust. The display is effected some what but again it’s easy to get used to and when watching a video or film you really cannot tell the difference as the only issue is when the screen is displaying white. I ended up changing my iPad to dark mode and then you can barely notice the difference in screen quality. The screen protector is easy to fit! However I have had to buy a second one as some bubbles and a few specs of dust where trapped under the screen, even after being as careful as possible to keep the screen clean. Even my usual trick of ignoring the bubbles for a few days and waiting until they slowly disappear on their own didn’t work. I’m sure, however, that the bubbles under the screen was due to issues involving me and not the screen protector and I will be more careful the second time around!

This turned out better than I was expecting. The film has the right level of matt effect to make writing a lot more natural and paper like vs the glass, and the dots are small enough to make a minimal impact to the image quality. Of course there is a loss of brightness and the brilliance of the glossy ipad screen is lost, but that is a tradeoff absolutely expected if you want to write on the screen extensively. It does not feel grainy, and does not feel like light is scattering or losing resolution. In fact, it makes the image appear to be printed on the matt screen instead of below it - which makes it feel more like epaper. The installation instructions and cleaning/aligning kit was excellent. For the price, this is an absolute WOW!
