This is a good quality hose. But it does not come on a spool. This makes it very difficult to lay out and almost impossible to roll up. I had to buy flanges and a core to assemble a spool to roll it up. I purchased the spool products from McMaster Carr. Get the biggest flanges they offer (28"). McMaster also sells the plastic 2" union required to put more than one hose together.

I can't make the real life dimensions tie to their chart in any way, but the 2" lie flat hose is extremely heavy duty. I measure across at 3 1/4 inches (when lying flat) which was much larger than my current discharge hose which I measured at 2" when flat. However with the use of a rubber adapter it was easy enough to make it work. I assume it will last into eternity.

We have bought discharge hoses from big box stores and they are thin and spring leaks in one season. Very pleased with the thickness of the hose . I use it to irrigate 1/3 acre.

Ordered three two were delivered in good condition. The third one is damaged a may be rendered useless. I need a replacement asap.
